The Mum Tag!

Hello Again,
So to start of my blogging I thought I would do a bit of a tag before I get back into the product reviewing. Just thought it would be something fun and chill to do. If you have a daughter/son and would love to do the tag then feel free to and don't forget to let me know you've done it so I can check it out. Further or do here's the "Mum Tag".

  1. How old were you when you had your first child? I was 20 when I had my first and only child.
  2. What was the hardest thing about being pregnant for 9 months? I think the hardest thing was actually feel drained all the time and not wanting to leave my bed (unless it was for McDonalds which was my craving through the whole 9 months). I felt drained 24/7. Oh and also needing to pee every five chuffing minutes.
  3. Can you think of any good things you enjoyed during those 9 months? Oh yes. Best thing was going to the scans and getting to see the baby and then on my 20 weeks scan finding out I was having a girl. Also I really enjoyed feeling her move/kick about.
  4. In your opinion, were all the things you heard about childbirth accurate or way off? I've heard many things about child birth like "oh it was so easy I don't see why other women moan about it" or I heard the totally opposite like " It was horrendous.....the pain was horrible and there was blood everywhere.....blah blah blah". To be honest they both kind of right giving birth isn't pretty and I don't expect it to seeming as you have a human being coming out of your floo, but honestly its the most amazing, beautiful thing a mother and father could experience.
  5. Would you have handled childbirth differently if you could re-do it? I wouldn't change my birth no....to be totally honest I handled it better then I thought I would and I'm very proud of myself to be honest.
  6. What would be your advice for someone who is about to have a baby? During pregnancy don't go too mad on baby clothes (like I did). Make sure you have different options of sizes like tiny baby, newborn and 0-3 months as you don't know how big the baby is gonna be but do make sure you have a few sizes ready as baby will grow really quick and also make sure you have all the important stuff like a pram, car seat (as baby isn't aloud to leave the hospital unless he/she is in one), moses basket or cot, bath, nappies ect.  When packing your hospital bag make sure you pack different sizes too as like I said you wont know how big the baby is until you have him/her. Also don't panic too much, birth is hard yes and I wouldn't lie about that but once you've popped that beautiful baby girl/boy out you will soon meet the love of your life and nothing else in the room will matter in them few minutes apart from the baby.
  7. What has been the hardest thing about being a mom? I think the hardest thing for me was adjusting to the nightly feeds. I was always scared I wouldn't hear her cry or I wasn't feeding her enough in the nights.
  8. What has been the most rewarding thing about being a mom? the most rewarding thing about being a mum is watching my little girl learn and grow so much. Also making memories with her and just being proud of those little moments like her holding her bottle for the first time or watching her sit by herself for a few second's.
  9. What was the most surprising thing you discovered about being a mom? I think its how much attention one tiny baby needs. Before I had my daughter I thought a newborn baby always sleep so they won't need as much attention but honestly you need to constantly check on them to make sure they are okay, if they haven't pulled the blanket over themselves or been sick....make sure there bums are cleaned....that they are fed when they cry.....now that my daughter is older she plays meaning I can have that 5-10 minutes doing what I want or to clean the house. Also she's eating baby food now meaning she's not always on the bottle as much meaning the milk powder lasts a little longer, she's full for longer....it just gets a little easier when they get older I think.
  10. What is the best memory you have involving your child? Well my daughter is only 6 months so obviously we don't have many memories as of yet but my best memorie with her is when I first hold her in my arms and her tiny eyes just starred at me.......gosh my heart melted.
  11. What was the most exciting milestone? When she sat up by herself.....it was only for about 5-6 seconds but I was so proud of her....there's lots of milestones to come yet and im so excited for them.
  12. What is the worst thing your child has ever done? Pulled my hair....ouch that hurts.
  13. What habit did you wish your child didn’t have? She doesn't really have any habits as of yet but I know for a fact she will end up having one.
  14. What habit of theirs makes you most proud? As I said she doesn't really have any habits as of yet.
  15. Do you share any similarities with your child (both Physical and Personality)? She always wants to be the center of attention, when I was a little girl I was the same haha.
  16. Where would you like your child to be in 10 years? In school being well behaved and polite.
  17. What is something that having a child has taught you? That no matter what in life family always comes first and family will always be there for you more then any friend will.
  18. Did you imagine that you’d be a mom at the age that you became a mom? Honestly no...it literally happened out of no where...I thought id be at least 24-25 when I had my first child.
  19. Describe your child in a single sentence? cute, beautiful, funny, happy, strong, intelligent.
  20. How have you changed as a person since becoming a mom? I think I've became more mum like. Before having my daughter I was so lazy...I would never clean up anything...now I make sure the flat is clean and food is on the table for my partner for when he comes home from work.....I've also matured a lot too...I use to act like a right child at the age of 18-19 (baring in mind I do have ADHD) but now I'm more sensible and don't get into trouble anymore.

Hello Everyone,
So I just want to apologise for being absent on my blog for a very long time!
Obviously if you know (if you read my blog posy about it) I did give birth to a beautiful baby girl
in October and I decided just to have a break from my blog as I was constantly paying my attention to either her or my flat so I hardly had any time to blog at all and I wasn't really into blogging at the time ( I wasn't really feeling it at the time). Now that my daughter is 6 months old and is now
playing and not needing as much attention as when she was a tiny baby (she's grown so quick) I decided I wanted to start paying some attention to my blog again and try and get back into it in my spare time. So I do apologise for the absents but hopefully will be back with more "fun" and "interesting" blog posts for you all.

If you are a lover of my blog please do share with friends and family. Also if
you are a blogger yourself and can think of any tips and tricks for me then please do email me at
bloggerkylie97@gmail.com

Thank you all for your patients, I honestly really appreciate it :)

Until next time!

Bio Oil! Does It Really Work?

Hello Everyone,
So today I am going to be writing a blog post about the famous Bio-Oil. I've been using for a while now and I thought I'd give my review.

So when Bio Oil first hit the UK market back in 2002 I remember quite a few of my friends buying it and using it and over the year a lot of my friends who have had children have used it to keep their stretch marks at bay. So I decided it was about time I gave it a try.

The Bio Oil bottle is encased in a cardboard box which is both white in colour and detailed with a bright orange, almost luminous writing.  You are told on the box that it is for specialist skincare and that helps scars, stretch marks and so on.  Everything you need to know about this product can be found written on the box - everything from what it is, how to use it, what it does and its ingredients are all detailed.

Opening the box there is a further information leaflet inside which re-iterates what you will have read on the box.  Then comes the Bio Oil bottle -  a clear see through plastic bottle with a white screw on and off lid, your eyes are immediately drawn to the Oil inside the bottle which you can clearly see, a first description of it, I would say it is a slightly orange colour.

One of Bio Oils key ingredients is called 'PurCellin Oil' which is easily absorbed into the skin and this particular ingredient is said to help with :

  • Dehydrated Skin: Helps replenish the skin’s natural oils, stripped away by factors such as extreme weather, water with high chemical content, frequent bathing and the drying effects of central heating and air-conditioning

  • Weight Related Stretch Marks:  Helps prevent formation of stretch marks during periods of rapid weight gain or loss and helps to improve the appearance of existing stretch marks

  • Uneven Skin Tone: Helps improve appearance of uneven skin tone caused by hormonal fluctuations, skin lighteners or excessive sun exposure

  • Ageing Skin: Helps smooth and tone ageing, sagging and wrinkled skin on both the face and body, including skin over exposed to UV light. Plus ideal for age spots and softening cuticles

  • Daily Moisturiser: Helps moisturise the skin and can be used in conjunction with other skincare products as part of your everyday skincare routine. Built into a daily skin care routine, Bio-Oil can be applied all over the body, including the face, on its own or underneath a daily moisturizer, or as a night treatment. Great for dry patches such as dry elbows, heels and anywhere else that needs some TLC
  • Scars:  Improves appearance of new and old scars whether from surgery, accidents, burns, insect bites, scratches and chickenpox.
You can see more information on Bio-Oil and all of its claims here - http://www.bio-oilprofessional.co.uk/

Bio oil is designed to help improve the appearance of scars and stretch marks, help with uneven skin tone and hydrate aging skin, whilst combating fine lines and wrinkles. Bio oil is made without harming animals and contains an ingredient called PurCellin Oil, it is toxicological safe and can be used by pregnant women. Other ingredients within this product include:

  • Vitamin A – helps improve the skin’s elasticity, texture and tone
  • Vitamin E – helps increases the moisture content of the epidermis, thereby making the skin softer, smoother and more supple. Vitamin E also assists in the maintenance of healthy-looking skin
  • Calendula Oil – has the ability to clarify and stimulates the growth of new skin cells
  • Lavender Oil – known for calming and soothing benefits
  • Rosemary Oil – helps to invigorate and it has a mild antiseptic capabilities and thus eases congestion, puffiness and swelling of the skin
  • Chamomile Oil – has a calming and soothing effect and is particularly beneficial for sensitive skin

Further details on the rest of the ingredients can be found on the Bio Oil homepage which you can find HERE

As this oil has quite a thin consistency, you might need to be careful when dispensing it, though the bottle has its own inbuilt dispenser to help with applying it, but I tend to use it by pouring some into the palm of my hands and then rubbing my palms together before applying to the skin.  When you apply this oil to the skin, it wont come as a surprise to find that it is greasy, but only for those few seconds it remains on your skin without being massaged in, the second you begin to massage your skin it disappears immediately and all it leaves behind is a lovely rose and lavender scent on your skin.

I have a few scars on my stomach and legs from carrying my daughter, which makes me feel self conscious. So since the beginning of October, I have used Bio Oil, as instructed on my scars across my stomach and legs, and I am amazed by what I have found.  Below is a photo of my strech marks since I've been using Bio-Oil.  My streech marks was a lot more purple in colour before I started this.

Bio Oil does advise that you should use this oil for a minimum of 3 months and whilst for me we are almost at the 4 week stage, so nearly there, the changes are really significant. I am beginning to feel much more at ease and I know that it cannot remove these permanent scars, but it has made living with them much easier.

For me, this has been a brilliant oil  and with its many uses, it is something I think everyone should try, if they haven’t done so already and probably something someone should have in their home somewhere for when they need that little extra bit of TLC or want to try it for themselves.  It is available in three different sizes:
  • 60ml rsp £8.95
  • 125ml rsp £14.95
  • 200ml rsp £19.95

And you will find it in a whole host of stores, such as -  Boots, Superdrug, Tesco, Asda, Sainsbury’s, Morrisons, Savers, Wilkinsons, and many independent pharmacies nationwide.

If you have ever used Bio-Oil let me know what you think in the comments below.

Until then!

Alison Claire Mango Body Butter!!x

Hey Everyone,
Recently I visited a friend just to have a quick catch up as we haven't seen each other in a while. She told me she was doing a few subscription boxes after seeing people unbox them on YouTube and had a few things she didn't like/wasn't going to use just sitting in a draw in a bag and asked if I wanted them and of course I said yes.

One of the products in the bag was thee 'Alison Claire Mango Body Butter'. Personally I've never heard of this brand mind coming across any of her products.

From the reasearch I have been doing on this product, Alison Claire is a real person as well as a brand name and she has been a health practitioner for over 30 years. It was in 1991 she started to produce her own products with the moniker 'So Remarkable'. All of her products from within the range such as shampoo, conditioner, lip balm, hand wash and many more beside, are all made with natural ingredients. None of the products are tested on animals, they are all vegan friendly and free from parabens, PEGs and phenoxyethanol. All are manufactured under Alison's supervision. They are prepared and blended by hand from the finest materials.

So the bottle itself was a plastic tube which  had a pull off plastic lid and a pump action dispenser which is really easy to use. Around the middle of the bottle it had a label which told you the brand and what the product was- which in this case it was the 'Mango Body Butter'. Underneath the bold red writing which says 'Mango Body Butter' it quoted " So beautifully natural, so rich and nourishing". Personally to me if I seen this product on the shelf I wouldn't really pick it up as the packaging to me doesn't actually catch my eye enough. I would love it if the packaging was popping with a little more colour maybe.

The body butter itself smells incredible and comes with a really nice list of ingredients which are designed to nourish your skin and leave it feeling soft, smooth and moisturized- also leaving your skin smelling delicious. There are instructions on how to apply the product which are very straight forwards and always helpful if needed.  This product is designed to be used after showering, making sure to pat the skin dry and then squeezing a blob of  the body butter onto the palm of your hand.
If you have owned the 'Soap&Glory Smoothie Star Buttercream' then this is what the 'Mango Body Butter' looks like and also the texture is similar. Once dispensing the body butter into the palm of your hand, you apply it to the body making sure its a thin layer (enough to cover the skin) and then simply massage it in, using the tips of your fingers until it absorbs itself. While its melting into the skin it leaves your skin smelling all fruity but the best thing is it doesn't feel greasy at all.

The ingredients in products like this are very well important-well to me they are anyway.Naturally there is fresh organic mango which is nourishing for the skin and is often used to help get rid of wrinkles. Its also used for dry skin issues as it moisturizes and softens the skin. Unsurprisingly 'Coco Butter' is also an ingredient and similarly to mango, the skin benefits from its ability to soften, smooth and moisturize. Then we also have 'Aloe Vera'  which is an ingredient that is coming popular as it soothes the skin, especially skin that is irritated and inflamed. Next we have 'Green Tea' which is described as a antioxidant- which means it protects the skin from damage. It also helps skin cells rejuvenate and helps calm inflamed skin. The final ingredient i think I should mention is 'Comfrey' which helps to hydrate the skin, reduce inflammation and leave the skin feeling soft and smooth to touch. The long list is found on the back of the bottle as most products have now a days.

So after a few hours of the body butter being applied to the skin you can still smell the fruity mango scent its gives. As for the skin it feels hydrated, moisturized, soft and smooth to touch. I do suffer with a little dry skin especially on my elbows and legs and with the weather starting to change its taking a toll on my skin, so having this product is a life saver- especially as I can carry it around with me.

All together I do really like this product and think its very handy to have in your bathroom cupboard or even in your handbag.

If you are interested in purchasing this product yourself then you can find it at the Alison Claire website.

If you have tried this product before or have tried any of Alison's other products then let me know in the comments below.

Until then!

My Labour Story!!xx

Hey Everyone,
So as you may know (if you follow me on my social media) about a month ago I gave birth to my beautiful baby girl and today I am going to tell you the story of my labour.

So it all began on Wednesday 4th October at 2am when I was getting tiny little pains in my stomach- personally they felt like period pains so I thought they was braxton hicks so I didn't take much notice of them but really I was in very early labour. So before anyone asks I did have some other symptoms a week before such as diarrhoea and felt constantly drained and a lot of braxton hicks which is totally normal in pregnancy especially when you 37-38 weeks pregnant. Anyway back to the story. As I did say my pains started at 2am Wednesday morning and I also had a little back pain and couldn't sleep at all and was constantly peeing every 5 minutes. About 2.30am I went to the toilet and noticed blood on my tissue which kinda scared me and made me freak out but my mum said it could of been my mucus plug leaving my cervix's and that if it got any worse I should ring the hospital as soon as possible ( but don't worry guys I did mention this to the midwife on the phone and she said the same thing....but just because this happened to me doesn't mean it will happen to you so its always important to ring your midwife as soon as possible if you spot any blood at all).

By 4pm the pains got a  little stronger but mainly in my back (which is where most of my pain was through the whole of the labour). By then I kinda guessed I was in early stages of labour and rang my birth center to talk to a midwife for advice. She said "We will get a midwife out to in the morning to give you an examination to see how far you are to see if you can come to the birth center". After speaking to a midwife I did end up messaging my partner who was on his way home from work to let him know I was in early labour and that he needed to come to my mums as soon as possible (that's where I was staying as my partner was working nights and I didn't want to be on my own). So about 6.30am my partner arrived at my mums and was very supportive even thou he was very tired after working a hards night shift. While I was waiting for the midwife to arrive I decided to go on my birth ball as I got told by my community midwife it helps with the pain and positions the baby the right way and to be totally honest it comforted the pain in my back a little. After being on the birth ball for abour half hour I then decided I wanted some rest and went to sleep on my mums sofa.

At 10.30am I woke up with a lot of pain especially in my back. The contractions were starting to get a lot stronger but I managed to just breathe through them. My mum made me some toast but I couldn't eat it as I felt sick. At 11am I had a knock at my mums door and it was finally the midwife to give me my examination. Firstly she checked my temperature which was a little high but was nothing to worry about so she gave me some paracetamol to bring it down. She then gave me a sweep- which hurt so much.....this is just to see how many centimeters you have dilated. I had only dilated 2cm within the 9 hours of pain I was having and my pains wasn't close enough to be taken to hospital meaning I had to stay at home a bit longer. The midwife did advice me to get some rest as I didn't have much sleep and also told me to try and eat something and to drink plenty of water and once the pains started getting closer (lasting 1 minute every 10 minutes in a hour) then to ring the birth center straight away. The examination took about 20-25 minutes as she was also keeping an eye on baby's heartbeat. Once the midwife left I did as she said and went back onto the sofa and went to sleep.

I then woke up at about 3-3.30pm (I can't remember fully). By then I was in a lot of pain to the point where I had tears in my eyes but I breathed through it. Even thou my pains were very strong now they still wasn't close enough to go to hospital but my partner hated seeing me in pain and got my mum to ring the birth center to let them know I couldn't cope with the pain and to ask if I could come into the birth center but unfortunately she couldn't get no answer.....so it was straight to the car and straight to the birth center. It took us about 20 minutes to get to the hospital which was located in Neath Port Talbot.....by the time we got there it got to the point where I couldn't even walk with the pain meaning my mum had to get me a wheelchair so my partner could get me into the birth center.

Neath Port Talbot Hospital

Once we arrived in the birth center the midwifes there were very lovely and took us to a empty room. The room was amazing it had an double bed where me and my partner could sleep...a television...kettle...just like a little hotel room but only it was in a hospital haha.

At 4.30pm a midwife came in to give me another examination. Yet again my temperature was high which the midwife wasn't very happy about and gave me more paracetamol to try and bring it down. Then she listened to baby's heartbeat which sounded lovely and healthy and the midwife was very pleased. Then came the painful "sweep"......I was finally 4cm dilated. She asked me if I wanted to go in the birth pool as I did request to another midwife just before and of course I said yes. While waiting for the pool to be filled I heard another lady (in the room next to me) giving birth........well this put me off.....she was screaming like anything......my partners face was hysterical, he looked so scared love him.....he ended up turning around to me and said "you sure you don't want thee epidural". Now if you are wondering why he said this then its because I told the midwifes I did't want it.

As I was still waiting for the pool to be cleaned and filled up for me the midwife came in and asked if I wanted any pain relief and I was so happy to hear her say that. I ended up going on gas and air and let me tell you something here guys.....that stuff is the best pain relief EVER!!
If you ever have been drunk then you will understand the feeling I'm going to explain but it feels like your absolutely hammered to the point where your seeing double...your head feels heavy and your body goes numb but geeez its good for the pain.

I had constant examinations just so they could make sure everything was going smoothly until the pool was filled.

I did forget to mention I was still bleeding while I was peeing (from the last time I told you), but midwife said that was totally normal for when your in labour.

8.30pm a few hours had past and I had about 3-4 examinations and finally the pool was ready for me. I left my suitcase in the room and me, my partner and my mum went into the pool room. It was so lovely in there....they had essential oils burning to relax me, they dimmed the lights and put different coloured lights on....it was beautiful and so relaxing in there. The pool itself was lovely and warm- I literally could of stay there forever as it really helped with the pain along with the gas and air which I was still loving haha. I was in the pool for about an hour which lead me to 9.30pm which by then I was due another examination. My temperature was really high this time so the midwife went to speak to the other midwifes to see what she could do as I couldn't have any more paracetamol as they would overdose me. The midwife told me to come out of the birthing pool as that wasn't helping my temperature go down and she gave me some water to drink. At 10pm the midwife came back in and said that due to my temperature being so high they would have to transfer me to either Singleton Hospital or Bridgend Hospital. She asked me which one i preferred and i pick Singleton so she went off to ring them to see if they had any room but unfortunately they were busy and if i did go there i wouldn't be attended to straight away, so it ended up being Bridgend Hospital for me. Luckily Bridgend wasn't busy and said they would be awaiting my arrival so the midwife rang an ambulance to transfer me from Neath to Bridgend which was about a hour away. While I was waiting for the ambulance I had a IV needle thingy put in and omg I don't like needles as it is but that thing was so uncomfortable in my hand.

The ambulance finally arrived at 10.30pm and I was off on my way to Bridgend Hospital. My mum came in the ambulance with me alongside the midwife that was attending to me and my partner followed behind the ambulance in the car. In the ambulance I was literally out of it with gas and air- as I did say that stuff was amazing and I loved it haha. The pains started getting a lot stronger now and was a minute apart from each other so the gas and air wasn't really working on me now so I did ask in the ambulance if I could have an epidural as soon as I got to the hospital and the midwife said I could. Now I understand at the start of this blog post I did say I didn't want one but at this point the pain was horrendous and I just wanted it to stop.

We arrived at Bridgend Hospital (formally known as the Princess of Wales Hospital) at around 11.30pm and I was taken to a room where I yet had another examination (yes girls you have a lot of examinations). I was now 5-6cm dilated.

Princess Of Wales Hospital

Once I settled into the room the midwife went off to find the doctor to see if he could give me the epidural I had asked for. By this time I was so high of gas and air I can barely remember what happened, so i'm going to have to go with what my mum and partner told me.

At 12pm the doctor came and explained that he couldn't give me an epidural as he didn't know if the other midwifes give me anything that could effect it.

(as I did say I'm now going by what I got told happened as I barely remember anything).

At this point these pains were coming like every second (it felt like anyway). I then had another IV put in my other hand-which to be totally honest I don't even know why they put them in because they didn't even use them and also half way through my mum ended catching one and ripping out my hand....and blood ended up everywhere....so yeah thanks mum haha.

12:45pm my waters broke and apparently I started crying because I thought I peed myself. From what i can remember it did feel like I peed myself but it was really warm and there was a lot more water then I would actually pee haha. Now by I'd say approximately 1.15am Thursday 5th October (so by now I've basically been in labour for 12 hours) everything got so intense because they made me to start pushing. To be totally honest most of the time my body was doing the pushing itself. Now I ent going to lie to you.......the pain was horrendous, I was pushing for what felt like forever and by the time the baby's head came out I was screaming.......the stretching pain you feel stings like a b**ch, which I actually found out after her coming out that the terrible stretching pain was actually me tearing ( I suffered with a 2 degree tear and had to have stitches and omg it hurt).  Anyway she was born at 1.30am on Thursday 5th October weighing 6lbs 9oz. She was beautiful.

We had a name for her from the day we knew  she was a girl. I'd like you to meet Gabriella Maria Vlad.

Holding her for the first time was the most amazing thing I have ever done in my whole life and I will treasure the memory forever.

I did try and breastfeed Gabriella but she wouldn't latch so shes been bottle feed since day one.

I also had to stay in hospital for 5 days as Gabriella had an infection and low blood sugar and had to have a IV drip in her hand.

Writing this post now my beautiful baby girl is a month and 1 week old (5 weeks old). I cant believe how fast time has gone. I hope you enjoyed reading this blog post and sorry if it was a little rambley. I will hopefully have some more baby/mammy blog posts on my blog soon.

Soap & Glory The Righteous Butter Review!x

Hello Everyone,
Today's post is about a product that I've been loving recently. Most of you have probably used this product before as it has been out in stores for a while now, but the product I will be reviewing today is 'Soap & Glory The Righteous Butter'. I have the 300ml pot which got given to me by a family member as they currently wasn't using it and didn't want it to go to waste. You can also get a mini size version of 'The Righteous Butter' which is 50ml, which is your travel size. I have been on and off this product for the past 2-3 months now as I have been using other creams as well as this one. So I have recently started using it again and realized how much I loved the product.

Although this product has mainly been designed for your body which I do use it for my feet, knees and elbows (places I get dry patches the most), I've recently just started using this product on my face....yes my face....and surprisingly it worked amazingly. It made my face a lot softer and smoother in texture and also made it look cleansed and fresher and I suffer with dry/oily skin so I was very shocked when I seen the results of the product especially as its not really designed for the face. Since experimenting with it I currently use it all over my body (including my face) every time I get out of the shower or when I have those irritating dry patches or even just want to give my skin a boost of moister.

The formula of the product is thick but not heavy at all on your body/face, Its actually really light considering that it is a thick consistency. The scent to the product is to die for...it just smells amazing. The scent to the product is from their 'Original Pink' fragrance which to me is a very fruity citrus scent with a little bit of  'muskyness' to it which smells fresh and not overpowering at all. The product does leave a little bit of scent on your skin after applying which I really like.

Another thing I love about the product is the fact that it has Shea Butter and Aloe Vera in it. These two ingredients are my favorite in a moisturizer as they make your skin feel much softer and smoother which 'The Righteous Butter' surely does do.

The size of 300ml pot is amazing especially for the amount of product you get inside. Unfortunately its too big to obviously travel with so for 'Soap & Glory' to do a 50ml 'travel size' of the product makes me very very happy.

The packaging itself is a beautiful pink color with a beautiful women illustration on the lid. I find that the packaging is very eye catching especially with the incredible font. They also have there very simple but cute logo on the pot itself.

I highly recommend 'The Righteous Butter' to everyone especially if you suffer with dry skin. It retails at £10 for the 300ml at Boots and £3 for the 50ml at Boots.

This is the only product in the whole range that I have tried from 'Soap & Glory' so I am hoping to try some of their other products soon. If you do have any recommendations then please do leave a comment below, also let me know your thoughts of 'The Righteous Butter'.

Until then!
